About This Game

Made for the "Do You Wanna Jam 2024" game jam. This game is called Gastro Grit and it is an arcade-style shoot em' up that takes place inside someone suffering from stomach problems and you must clear out the viruses that are causing trouble. The theme of the jam is "inside out" and it took me around 96 hours to make. Hope you enjoy it! Thanks! :)

Hey, really great game. Only one thing: buttons should be changable, or at least set reload to R. Because I lost a lot of fights only because of this. And please make cutscene skippuble, bc even if you select No on tutorial you have it :)

Thanks for the feedback. I'll see if I can get around to making the controls changeable. As for the cutscene, you can skip it with Escape or Y/Triangle if you're using a controller (desktop download only).

Omg this has a lot of Downwell vibe, I love it!!! although after a while I would like to be able to aim wherever i want but that was the chanllenge "how do I survive without being able to aim up" Very well thought out, awesome job!!

Haha, it's funny you mention that because I was inspired by Downwell and Minit. I appreciate the kind words. Thank you!
